Computers online in Admin Arsenal but not in PDQ Inventory.

I have several computers that are showing up as being offline in PDQ Inventory but when i start up AA they are online.  I also know that these computers are currently online.  I've tried running the heartbeat scan they still show up offline.  Any ideas?

It sounds like it may be related to the host names for the computers.  PDQ Inventory gets the host names from DNS while AA Console gets them from Active Directory.  Are you able to ping the computers by their host name as shown in the computer window in PDQ Inventory?

If you have the computers in a domain, verify that they are properly resolved in DNS. Mainly verify if DHCP updates the DNS servers records.

Thanks for you responses. It was an issue with my DNS.  I believe that i have it all fixed up now.
