Can I use an Admin Arsenal collection to determine my target computers?

Yes, as long as you have, obviously, Admin Arsenal installed and configured.

On your Targets pane click the "Admin Arsenal..." button. Select the collection which holds your desired targets, click the "Add Selected" button and click OK.
