Yes, with Service Pack 1 or higher. However, it is only required on the workstation where the Admin Arsenal console is installed. It is not required on servers & workstations that are managed via the console.

Admin Arsenal is written using Microsoft .NET 2.0 Service Pack 1, and the framework needs to be installed prior to installing Admin Arsenal console.

.NET version 3.0 and 3.5 include version 2.0 but not always Service Pack 1. If in doubt, run Windows Update and you will be upgraded if necessary.
