Yes, you can choose an Organization Unit (OU) to represent your Top Level. This feature makes it convenient for Administrators who manage a specific OU and do not have Administrator rights at higher levels.

To change from root to another OU, from the Admin Arsenal console select View > Preferences and select the Active Directory tab. Click the ellipse button to select the appropriate OU.
