You probably need to re-scan the computer that had the new software installed. To re-scan the computer, you can right-click on the computer name (in main Admin Arsenal window) select Tools and Scan…
When the scan completes look at the Software pane in the Computer window of Admin Arsenal.
It is also possible that the application you installed does not register itself as an "installed" application. Admin Arsenal looks in the registry (the same place that Add / Remove Programs control panel applet looks) to determine installed applications.
