If the status of the deployment (as shown in the Deployments tab of the PDQ Deploy Pro console) is hung on "Waiting for deployment to start" ensure that the PDQ Deploy Pro service is running on the database/server where the database and PDQ Deploy Server is installed.

If the PDQ Deploy Pro service is not running, start the service. You may do this from the Windows services.msc console, or from the command line by entering the following:

net start pdqdeploypro

Refresh the console and the deployment should resume.
